Using QuickTime Player VR controls
When you open a QuickTime VR movie, an image appears in the QuickTime Player viewing area which can be navigated or "panned." You can rotate or navigate the image by dragging with the mouse, and you can zoom in and out using the buttons in the player or the Control and Shift keys.
